The app needed “recommended for you” that respected membership tiers and redemption rules — not a generic popularity list. I built the Flask API from the initial structure through production filters, ranking, and mobile deeplinks.
What I did
- Member-based filtering so offers match what the user can actually redeem.
- Merchant ranking and limit/config changes as product iterated.
- Deeplink support so the mobile app could land on the right outlet.
This is the feature I point to when asked what I owned, not just contributed to.
